Let’s get one thing straight. Yoga is for every BODY. That’s right. I don’t care what size, shape, etc. you are. Yoga is possible for you! Did you know you can even do yoga in a chair or against the wall?
There are so many benefits to this practice, from strength and flexibility to an improved quality of life and mental health.
I would love to share some of what I have learned in my yoga teaching journey with you. Therefore, I will be holding 1 hour yoga zoom classes every Thursday evening (7:30 PM CST) and Sunday morning (9:30 AM CST).
